Robert Dean, MD

Otolaryngology

Robert Dean, MDDr. Robert Dean is a board-certified otolaryngologist with more than 15 years of experience treating illnesses and injuries of the ear, nose, and throat.

He received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 1999, and completed his residency training in otolaryngology at St. Louis University Hospital in 2004.

Dr. Dean has delivered presentation at industry conferences and events, authored chapters for medical text books, and conducted research on issues from obstructive sleep apnea to Peyronie’s disease. He is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, American Laryngological, Rhinological and Otological Society, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

David Parry, MD

David Parry, MDDr. David Parry is a board-certified otolaryngologist with more than 15 years of experience treating a range of illnesses and injuries of the ear, nose, and throat.

He received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 1999, completed his residency training in otolaryngology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2005, and completed a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology in 2006 at Harvard University Children’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Parry has delivered presentation at industry conferences and events and authored articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, and American Laryngological Rhinological and Otological Society.

Timothy Dixon, MD

Orthopedics

Timothy Dixon, MDDr. Timothy Dixon is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with more than 15 years of experience treating a range of orthopedic injuries.

He received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 1999, completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at the Texas A&M College of Medicine in 2004, and completed a fellowship in total joint replacement in 2005 at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas.

Dr. Dixon has delivered presentation at industry conferences and events and authored articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. He is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, Arizona Medical Association, and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Jason Levine, MD

Ophthalmology

Jason Levine, MDDr. Jason Levine is a board-certified ophthalmologist with more than 15 years of experience treating a range of injuries, disorders, and diseases of the eye.

He received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 1999, completed his residency training in ophthalmology at the University of Arizona in 2003, and completed a glaucoma fellowship in 2004 at the University of Arizona.

Dr. Levine has authored a number of articles in peer-reviewed medical journals on issues ranging from ocular pain and irritation to endophthalmitis. He is a member of the Arizona Medical Society, American College of Physicians, Arizona Ophthalmologic Society, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.

Tina Pristach-Patrick, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Tina Pristach-PatrickTina Pristach-Patrick has more than 30 years of private practice experience in plastics, ENT, vascular, bariatric, wounds, and nutritional counseling.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Olivet Nazarene College in Illinois and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Phoenix in Arizona.

Cynthia W. Carlson, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Cynthia CarlsonCynthia Carlson has nearly 40 years of nursing experience, more than 20 of which have been dedicated to critical care and emergency medicine.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona College of Nursing, and her Master of Science and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from Grand Canyon University.
